Are you a new agent, or new-to-kvCORE agent, and are looking to get a quick start done-for-you setup so you can focus on money making activities? This package is for you! Get the basic setup completed for you so your site looks professional and is lead ready.
Description
Get your home page looking professional
- Apply the “Champion” home page template with our default customizations
- Set header background image/video. If you choose video, the video must be hosted on Youtube and must be embeddable. Note that the video will not show or play on mobile devices and the header area will default to the selected static background image. We strongly recommend just using the static image background.
- Set the website primary accent color
- Add and configure up to 9 featured areas on the home page
- Configure up to 3 listing carousels on the home page
- Add up to 10 testimonials to your site from other review sites
- Add your personal logo to header and footer
Customize Navigation
- Rename default tabs as necessary (ie change ‘Other’ to ‘About’, ‘Sell’ to ‘Home Value’, etc)
- Add Featured Areas tab with up to 9 featured areas
- Add a Contact link
- Add link to your preferred lender page or mortgage app
- Add link to your recruiting/careers page (if applicable)
Configure base Web & IDX settings
- Set website title
- Set home page meta
- Set forced registration settings
- Set Facebook Messenger link
- Configure Zillow Reviews widget
- Set website tagline
- Set/filter listing types to show on your site (ie hide rentals and commercial if you do not work those listings)
- Set default search sorting
- Set default search display view
Configure your Agent Profile
- Add/crop agent headshot
- Add MLS id to sync your active listings
- Add your title (REALTOR®, Broker, Sales Associate, etc)
- Configure your preferred contact options
- Add your designations/certifications
- Add your social media accounts
- Add your license number
- Add and format your biography/about info and, optionally, embed introduction video
- Add one of our custom HTML email signatures
Basic lead setup
- Assist with importing leads using kvCORE Lead Configuration Service
- Set up sync with Zillow leads
- Set up sync with Realtor.com leads
- Activate new buyer and new seller lead default drip campaigns
