Can you match my branding colors?
Absolutely. We can match any site elements (buttons, links, titles, etc) to match your branding guidelines.
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely. We will include your logo in our design. Please note that most national brokerages have design guidelines and use restrictions for branding purposes. We will not alter brokerage logos. Also, please check with your local Real Estate Commission for branding/advertising guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring compliance for your local jurisdiction.
Can you make me a site just like XYZ’s site?
Simply put, no. We will not copy other websites. Not only is it unethical, it could be considered copyright infringement. If you have something specific you're looking for we can work with you one-on-one to create a custom home page design, or we can take your own mockup (designed by you or your own web designer) and modify it to work within Kunversion's featureset.
How long does it take to get a design on my site?
We do our best to maintain a quick turn-around time. Plan on a few days to a week in most cases.
Do you work for Kunversion/kvCORE?
We have no official relationship with, or endorsement by Kunversion, kvCore, or Inside Real Estate. We have experience with Kunversion in a real estate broker capacity and as consultants with numerous real estate brokers and agents.
Will your designs look good on mobile devices?
Absolutely. Unlike many of the other template designers out there, we test our designs on many different devices and various screen resolutions. We even test on various browsers to ensure your customized Kunversion design looks good no matter what device your site visitors are using.
What happens after I place my order?
Shortly after you complete your order you will receive an email with a link to a Design Questionnaire for your chosen design. The questionnaire will collect information necessary for us to complete the customizable elements of the design. After we receive your completed questionnaire we will confirm receipt with an estimated target date and will begin working on your design.
Do you outsource your design work?
No. Never. We are located in Cary, North Carolina and all of our design and development is done in-house; never outsourced.
Will these layouts work on a wordpress website?
Not directly, however, we can create custom themes for WordPress sites using the kvCORE IDX Plugin. Contact us to find out more.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, we encourage the use of your own photos to make the design more specific to your locale. You must have license to use the images and they must be of adequate resolution so they look good on high-resolution devices. Please note that copyright restrictions prevent you from pulling random images off of Google for use on your website.
