Are you looking to create editable landing pages that can capture any user info you want?

Add a customized form to your KV site and drop form submissions directly into your SmartCRM. We will create a customized form, including form fields of your choice, and insert the form into a custom page on your site. We will also connect the form to your CRM with a webhook so form submissions will immediately be added to your CRM.

*You will need to subscribe to CognitoForms to host your custom form. CognitoForms provides a free tier good for up to 500 submissions per month.
**If you would like to have submissions synced to your kvCORE CRM you will need, at least, a CognitoForms Pro account and a free Zapier account. Zapier provides up to 50 free actions per month.
