Step 1: Self-Checkout

Browse our shop, add your favorite home page design, custom pages, and/or other random customizations to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Step 2: Design Questionnaire

Once checkout is complete you will receive a Design Questionnaire (for home page designs) via email to help gather the necessary bits of information, imagery, etc, that we need to customize your design to you.

The questionnaire allows you to save/continue at every step so if you cannot finish it in one fell swoop, don't sweat it.

NOTE: We WILL NOT receive the questionnaire until you hit submit on the final page.

Step 3: We Get To Work

Once we receive your completed design questionnaire we will get to work customizing your chosen design with the information provided in the questionnaire.

We build the draft mockup on our development server so you don't need to worry about your site visitors seeing an unfinished design.

Once we get started we will give you an ETA for draft completion. We strive to complete draft designs within 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the completed design questionnaire.

Step 4: Draft Review/Revision

We offer revisions for a period of one week with a maximum of three rounds of revision (one heavy, one light before deployment, one light revision after deployment).

Sudden changes of heart (you decide to completely change the design you wish to use) will require an additional charge as this type of change is NOT included in the revision process, nor are random change/customization requests to elements outside the scope of the products purchased.

Heavy revisions are actions such as re-ordering sections, adding sections, or removing sections.

Light revisions are actions such as swapping out images, and updating text.

All feedback for each round of revision must sent in one email. This makes it much more accurate and efficient for us to complete.

We do not proof-read your supplied content so please be sure to double-check the accuracy of your copy.

We will provide you with a link to view the customized design on our development server. This is just a mockup so there will be navigation links that do not work, filler text in some areas, etc. This is not meant to be a working website. It is a visual representation of what your finished website will look like. We are only concerned with the look of the design areas you purchased for customization.

Step 5: Design Deployment

We will schedule a time with you to deploy the customizations to your site. We like to do this early AM when site traffic is at a minimum.

We will login to your site and install all the custom code, styling, scripts, images, etc, for you and test each customized page and feature to ensure they are working as expected.

We will then notify you that deployment is complete. Have a look around and let us know if anything needs any final minor tweaks.
