How To: Kvcore Squeeze Page Links For Automated Market Reports

Until now we could only create kvCORE and Kunversion+ squeeze page links for a single property listing, multi-property searches, and seller home valuations. KvCORE users (sorry Kunversion users, no love for you…) now have the ability to create squeeze page links that will generate automated market reports for your target area! When someone clicks on the market report squeeze page link they are directed to the market report page and prompted to register before viewing the information. Upon registering, the lead is then provided the market report, and can choose to subscribe for regular updates (automatically sent every 28 days by default).
Data in the kvCORE Market Report:
- Active listings over 90 days
- New to market over 30 days
- Off market over 30 days
- Days on market over 30 days
- Price reductions over 30 days
- List price average over 30 and 90 days
- 3 Most recent listings
- Most expensive listing
- 4 Most popular listings
Common use-cases for the new market report squeeze pages are what you would typically use the other squeeze pages for; driving traffic to your site with the promise of real estate data in exchange for the leads information.
